- Gain an in depth understanding of complex client needs and engage product specialists to deliver a broad range of financial solutions;
- Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions; and
- Continue to build your profile and presence on behalf of CommBank across the region.

Our Commercial Banking teams are proud to support a range of medium to large sized businesses across Australia. Our advanced technology solutions allow our people to provide invaluable support to our clients as we help them lead their businesses into the future.

Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives & Analysts in Chatswood who manage a diversified client base, and provide full Business & Commercial Banking solutions. The segment we focus on is businesses that have commercial lending $1m - $10million and delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management and investment advice.

We work flexibly to balance the needs of the client, team and home-life.

**We're interested in hearing from people who**:

- Have solid experience in building and leading a successful Small Business or Commercial Banking portfolio and lending above $3m;
- Have a deep understanding of banking products and services;
- Are highly skilled in credit and comfortable in financial analysis, with a strong understanding of financial documents and the underlying cash-flow drivers; and
- Pride themselves in building relationships through excellent service and driving new business.

Available due to an internal move, this opportunity would suit an experienced Commercial Banker or Relationship Manager who is looking to step up, develop & enhance their experience within complex, high value lending.
