Our client is seeking a Customer Contact Officer role in Box Hill.

**About the role**:
Service clients via phone, web chat, mail and other media types, administration duties, inbound and outbound calls, handling enquiries, complaints, and providing information.

**Available Roles**:

- Full time, part time and casual roles available
- Full time - 38 hours per week
- Part time - 24-30 hours per week
- Casual - 30 hours minimum per week
- Hybrid working arrangements from the 1st of October - 60% in office, 40% at home
- Overtime available during peak periods

**Requirements**:

- Must have;
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good sound computer skills
- Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Experience in contact centre in a service area is highly regarded.
- Experience in an outsource environment
- Must have minimum of 2 Covid-19 vaccinations
- Must be an Australian Citizen and have lived in Australia for the past 5 years (residential address in Aus for 5 years)
- Must be able to pass a National Police Check
