Castle Hill, New South Wales, Australia Specialist Services Full time $45,000 - $65,000 per year

Your role will be to support our Specialist Physicians and surgeons with second to none customer service as a part of our inbound call team. You will report to the practice manager.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Taking a high volume of inbound calls
  • Liaising with secretarial staff and doctors
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Other administrative duties

Skills & experience:

  • Call Centre Experience is Essential for this role
  • Rotating roster, Mon-Fri from 8:00am - 5:30pm
  • You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and show initiative
  • Confident liaising with Specialist Doctors
  • High attention to detail
