The Financial and Corporate Services Division plays a vital role in driving financial performance, strategic procurement, corporate services, and data-informed decision-making across the public health system. As a key steward of sustainable resource allocation, the Division ensures funding is effectively managed to support patient care. With oversight of budgeting, expenditure, and financial reporting, the team works closely with health leaders and government to strengthen system performance and deliver real outcomes for the community.

**About this role**
This role is in the Office of Deputy Secretary and Chief Financial Officer team which leads and supports a range of programs and projects across the Financial and Corporate Services Division. We are a fast-paced, collaborative team, which will see you working with range of internal stakeholders across our division and the Ministry of Health.

In this role, you will coordinate and undertake projects and activities to support the effective functioning of the Financial and Corporate Services Division, including strategic and operational plans, communications initiatives, policy analysis and review and monitoring of performance objectives.

Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $113,574 - $125,720 p.a. plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
You will be working as part of a team that supports the Deputy Secretary and Chief Financial Officer to deliver strategic and operational priorities in a complex and fast paced environment.
