Join a State Government Department providing customer service support to the Public.

**Your new company**
This State Government department provides essential services for all South Australians. The team are looking for two customer service experts to join them for a short term temporary assignment in Adelaide.

**Your new role**
The department is currently running a project to make changes to a product. You will primarily be dealing with inbound calls from the elderly, as well as outbound calls if necessary. The calls will be relevant to the new project, which you will be provided training on. You will need to be solution orientated to resolve queries, and be able to think critically.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional phone manner and customer service
- High level of patience and empathy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resilience and adaptability
- A current National Police clearance
