**About the Role**:
NHP are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Warehouse and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Adelaide. This will be a growth role, potentially suitable for a junior or someone who has just finished school.

As a Warehouse and Customer Service Representative, you will initially start in the warehouse where you will be responsible for picking, packing, consigning goods, and dispatching them to our valued customers. Once you have become competent in the Warehouse, you will begin training in customer service. Eventually, you will work 70% of your time in customer service and 30% in the warehouse, including covering leave in the Warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Picking, packing, consigning goods and dispatching them to customers
- Receiving, unpacking, and stocking incoming inventory items
- Operating material handling equipment and ensuring safety measures are followed
- Processing orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
- Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- Continuously developing knowledge of products, services, and systems
- Adhering to safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Experience working in a warehouse or customer service role is preferred but not essential
- Forklift license (advantageous)
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
