**The Role**

As the **Operations Support Supervisor**you are responsible for the Operations Support team who schedule and dispatch reactive and planned maintenance nationally to out in house trade team. This role will also ensure the quality of the data and records pertaining to assets and maintenance, keeping records updated.

This role is based in **Orchard Hills, NSW.**

Due to the security clearance for this account to be successful, you must be an **Australian Citizen.**
- Responsibility for assisting maintaining and reporting on operations support budget
- Report on key metrics to management team including customers satisfaction and service levels
- Manage the internal operations support, answering calls from operations centre and client service desk
- Programming for prescribed maintenance, service and activities, in line with tendered obligations
- Operate the field services system allocating tasks, updating, closing and running reports
- Reviewing, reporting and assistance with estimated works
- Facilitate planning and programming for prescribed maintenance, service and activities, in line with tendered/contract obligations
- Managing internal and external stakeholders

**Skills and Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Facilities Management, Operations, Contracting or Trade Services Organisation
- Previous experience as a “Super user” with an ERP system, such as Oracle, Maximo, Astea or SAP
- Ability to write and implement processes
- Strong coaching, people management and training skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, Teams and Visio
- Systems experience across ERP, CAFM or IMMS platforms
