**Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to**:

- Identify and address the transactional banking needs of new and existing customers through face to face and zoom meetings from **proactively sourced** or through **referrals generated** across the Small Business Commercial Broker business unit.
- Drive capability and **coaching bankers** around how to spot, identify and send high quality referrals whilst lifting the awareness of our Transactional Banking value proposition.
- **Identifying solutions** across a diverse range of Transaction Banking products to ensure we meet client's specific needs and help improve their cashflow and working capital
- **Project manage** opportunities and work in conjunction with the Transactional Direct sales team to support the successful implementation of transactional solutions
- **Tailoring proposal** for new to bank opportunities and presenting to customers and brokers
- **Strong collaboration** with state based commercial broker teams

**We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need**:

- Background in Banking/Transactional Banking would be ideal
- Sales capability, strong commitment to customer outcomes and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate widely across various business units to obtain the best outcome for our customers
- Capability in building your own and enterprise brand in both internal and external markets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
