Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

The objective of this position is to take care of essential administration functions in relation with supply and purchasing for the Air Liquide Healthcare Group of companies.

An important function of this role is to record in the Company information system (ERP) is to raise purchase orders, check stock levels at sites and obtain excess stock back.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:

- Upon instruction of the National Supply Manager, raises Purchase Orders into the ERP system and issues them to Suppliers in a timely manner. Alerts the Supply Manager when the Estimated Arrival Date from the Supplier does not match the Company’s needs
- Assist in raising orders Company uniforms for Staff as requested by the manager of the concerned Staff and according to the relevant ALH procedure
- Liaise with suppliers in order to ascertain ETA's to ensure timely arrival of stock, as well as to maintain existing or foster new relationships with our key suppliers
- Places purchase orders for non-inventory items upon request of management
- Assists in creating new item codes into the ERP system according to the relevant ALH procedure
- Assists in stock reviews for all sites within the department and creating transfers when required.
- Assists with dispatch in the local warehouse as request when required
- Assists in management of dispatch paperwork when required
- Complies at all times with Company policies and procedures and with all regulations applicable to the role
- Other duties & responsibilities as delegated by the National Supply Manager

**Are you a MATCH?**:

- Experience in an administration role
- Be Positive and a team-player with good interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Computer literate with the entire Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite. Able to quickly learn the functionality and operation of new computer programs/software
- Comfortable moving items up to 5kg in the warehouse when required
