**Job Summary**:Business Development Account Representative will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing business opportunities within the Mining Industry. The Business Development Account Representative will develop real relationships, analyze the needs of new and existing clients, and collaborate with the team to develop and deliver innovative solutions. As a member of the ISN Team, this role gives you the opportunity to be introduced to the ISNetworld system and ISN's multi-faceted business processes. This position requires that one be a self-starter, able to work as part of a team and willing to assist with day-to-day operations inherent to a rapidly growing organization.
**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**
Specific duties and responsibilities include:
- Build strong relationships with senior management and key buying influences ranging from procurement to process management teams at site and corporate level
- Able to present solutions to C-level management and establish relationships with them to enhance business opportunities and expand network
- Identify profitable new business growth opportunities in conjunction with market development plan
- Identify and attend mining conferences and industry group to network with the industry
- Identify customer trends, emerging markets, and market shifts for product positioning, specifically in Perth for the Western Australian mining market
- Deliver technical and sales presentations to key clients
- Participate in the implementation of sales and marketing projects
- Research and develop various resources and reference documents for clients
- All employees have a professional duty to provide any information related to security issues, incidents or situations that present a potential security risk to the ISO Team, ISN Management or their Supervisor
- Other tasks and projects as directed by management
**Requirements**:
**Education and Training**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent work experience required
- 5+ years of experience working within the mining industry.
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Proficient computer skills in programs including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated personal initiative
- Proficient presentation skills
- Solid analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Desire to assume increasing levels of leadership responsibility
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
**Physical and Safety Requirements**
- Sitting, bending, standing, walking, typing and/or speaking 8 hours per day
- Able to regularly lift and move up to 15 lbs.
