The Company MEGAFIX is an emerging leader in supplying fasteners fixings to manufacturers and innovators throughout Australia. Supplying bolts, nuts, screws, concrete anchors, chemical anchor, abrasives, adhesives, stud bolts and cutting and drilling products, they focus on speed and support to make it easy for their valued clientele.
MEGAFIX was founded by the original owners in 2003 to provide fastening solutions for the agricultural industry in regional Western Australia. They saw the opportunity to expand into other industries and in 2019 they relocated to Perth and built a team of established and up and coming industry experts.
The Role We are searching for an experienced Accounts Officer to join MEGAFIX. This role will work closely with and report directly to the CFO. You will be responsible for the day to day financial transactions of the company.
This role will be based in Forrestfield.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Process invoices and maintain daily bookkeeping records. Manage both incoming and outgoing payments efficiently.
- Address and respond to general queries related to accounts
- Investigate and address issues related to refunds and billing discrepancies
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Manage general office tasks, including ordering stationary supplies as required
- Support internal Sales Representatives and Senior Management with administrative tasks as required

**What we are looking for**:

- Experience in an Accounts Officer or similar role
- Clear communication and customer service skills when interacting with vendors and customers
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and friendly nature

Desirable
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Business Centre or Wiise would be highly regarded
