We are currently looking for an enthusiastic full time Site Supervisor to head our service provisions within the Brisbane Metro area for a key client. This is full time work, Monday to Friday.

**In this role you will be responsible for a range of tasks including**:

- Overseeing all operations and service on the site
- Assisting in the development, promotion and implementation of occupational health and safety, and environmental policies and procedures
- Managing the daily staff rosters, identifying training needs for operational staff
- Co-ordination of purchasing and production of services to meet quality, cost, and service commitments to the client
- Communicating company objectives and procedures to employee’s
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cleaning services including supervising of staff and reactive cleaning requirements.
- Manage inspections and compliance by undertaking audits and Job Safety Analysis
- Ensure client/customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist management to maintain procedures and actively engage in the site safety culture
- Hiring, inducting, and training staff
- Other ad hoc duties within capabilities

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience as a supervisor in commercial cleaning and multi sites
- Extensive management experience
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
- A strong customer service focus
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Hands on experience in cleaning and use of equipment/machinery
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to lead and manage a team of varying skill levels
- The ability to be flexible in your working hours
- Current Police Check
- Vaccinated for Covid 19
- Must have a car
- Hands on experience in cleaning and use of equipment/machinery

In addition, the successful applicant will also need to have an unrestricted driver’s license and be willing to provide a current police check. You will also need unrestricted rights to work in Australia. This position offers an opportunity to be an influential member of our team, where you will be given the training and support to ensure your success in the role.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
