Our Client is currently requiring an Accounts Receivable Officer with good communication and interpersonal skills to join the team on a temporary basis. You will have recent experience in an AR role, and keen on a new opportunity at an exciting business. This role requires someone to have a confident phone manner and ability to liaise with various types of customers. You will be part of a well-retained team and work directly alongside the Accounts Receivable Manager.

**Duties**
- Credit checks for new customers
- Follow up on overdue accounts
- Allocation of payments
- Process EFT payments
- Handle customer queries and respond in a timely manner
- Ensure debtor payments are received within set time frames
- Negotiating payment plans
- Process direct debit payments

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Recent experience within a receivables role
- Experience using an ERP system is beneficial
- Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great initiative and problem solving skills
