Noble Park, Australia TECSIDE Full time

Tecside are looking for an experienced **Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer**, preferably with experience within the manufacturing industry. This is a temporary role based in Noble Park for approximately 6+ weeks with the chance of extension, working 3 days per week, 8:30am - 4:30pm.

**Tasks include but not limited to**:

- Data entry of supplier invoices
- Calling suppliers and requesting invoices
- Filing
- Assisting with simple reconciliations (credit cards, supplier statements etc)
- Assisting with inbound phone calls

**About you**:

- Experience with accounts such as invoicing, accounts payable, reconciliations etc.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent phone manner
- Reliable and hard working
- Able to work cooperatively within a team environment

**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Flexible hours
