About the role

You will be responsible for leading our accredited training programs working closely with our RTO partners and key stakeholders.
- Manage RTO's for their delivery of Grill'd qualifications according to set SLA's
- Manage training and assessment operations to ensure they meet business strategy and priorities
- Ensure overall compliance of accredited programs - including contractual requirements, quality assurance, accreditation, and legislative requirements.
- Create an accredited training governance framework, policies and procedures
- Lead, mentor and develop the traineeships coordinator

Identify opportunities and develop initiatives to improve accredited training program service offerings.

About you
- Strong experience in an accredited training environment: ideally you will have worked in a registered training organisation or delivered similar programs
- Experience with government funding education contracts
- Strong knowledge of ASQA standards
- You will be a natural born organiser who has a strong eye for detail
- A strong communicator who can build rapport with key stakeholders
- The ability to present to and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with people management or desire to manage
