**What We're Looking For**:

- **6-12 months of recent** contact centre experience (last two years).
- **Financial services experience? A bonus**:

- **Already have your RG146 Tier 2 General Insurance/Advice certification? - Even better**:

- **A people-first mindset** - you genuinely care about helping customers.
- **Outstanding communication skills** - clear, warm, and adaptable. You know the importance of slowing down, adjusting tone depending on the caller.
- **Empathy & patience** - you guide customers like a pro.
- **Full-time availability (Mon-Fri, 8 AM - 7 PM rosters, 37.5 hrs/week on a casual basis).**:
