We are looking for an energetic person with a strong background in clinical sales and account management. The successful applicant will provide our team with the skills required to help manage and grow da Vinci surgery.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive clinical adoption of da Vinci Surgery
- Become a clinical expert across multiple clinical specialities
- Work with Capital Sales Manager in developing new program opportunities
- Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop & execute territory plan
- Work with hospital partners to effectively integrate both Greenfield & Brown Field da Vinci programs and surgeons
- Effectively execute surgeon and nursing staff training in da Vinci technology
- Responsibly manage administrative tasks; reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports
- Achieve sales targets and deliver KPI’s
- Attend exhibitions, conferences and seminars as directed

**Experience required**:
- Experience in the specialities below
- Urology/GYN/Colorectal/Thoracic
- MIS
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience selling in a surgical or Operating Theatre environment, or;
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant clinical experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications it he sciences - degree or similar
- Current valid driver’s license
- Valid Australian work rights
- Proven skills in sales, territory management, presenting, influencing and time management
- Demonstrated competence in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- High standard of demonstrable written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including regular weekends and occasional overnight travel
- Willingness to work regularly on weekends
