**Aufgaben**:

- The Opportunity
- We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Controlling Manager to join our Finance team at Mercedes-Benz Australia Pacific. Reporting directly to the Finance Director for Vans, the Controlling Manager within our Vans business to support overall profitable growth for Mercedes-Benz in the premium Vans market and manage the overall controlling for Sales, After Sales, G&A, Marketing and overall cost management.
- Key responsibilities- Work closely with all Vans business units by assisting in developing operative planning and target commitments
- Responsible for controlling requirements and readiness for key business projects
- Monitor and report on financial performance against targets
- Development of vehicle pricing data
- Work closely with Compliance team to manage internal controlling reporting requirements
- Deliver corporate planning, ensuring successful and timely submission of 1EA/2EA and operating plan
- Manage actual reporting for Vans business, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of monthly and yearly actuals
- Prepare all management reporting including Excom reports, management summary and KPI reports
- Support ad-hoc analysis, queries and Controlling information for HQ, local business and key business projects
- Delegate for Finance Director - Vans when required**Qualifikationen**:

- What we are looking for- 5+ years’ experience in Controlling/Accounting
- Advanced MS Excel skills is essential, along with solid knowledge and experience with SAP
- Proven ability to show initiative and pro-actively think outside the square
- Ability to represent our brand at a senior management level with professionalism and credibility
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal - with the capacity to develop and maintain strong network relationships
- Knowledge of the automotive industry would be advantageous but not essential
- Degree qualified in Commerce and/or a related field
