**The Role**

Our client is changing things up to try and support their property management departments and hence the newly created leasing team are in need of another team player in the north western suburbs.

Supported by best practice systems and technologies, innovative digital marketing, real time client relationship systems and state-of-the-art property management software - empowering them to deliver the best possible service and outcomes for their clients.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible with the plan to build a small portfolio, initially working 28-hour per week and flexible with this being full days or shorter days to suit school hours.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Listing ads online
- Client management (prospective tenants)
- Leasing
- Open for inspections
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Application processing
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in property management
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Ability to multi task and manage your time
- Professional working manner and immaculate presentation
- Outstanding communication skills
