**The Role**

You will enjoy the amazing team structure in place at this office with fantastic systems and procedures as well as a fun and energetic team. Daily support and ongoing training through corporate office will ensure you are up to date with changes and also give you some recognition with awards and events as well.

**Tasks include but are not limited to**:

- Listing ads online
- Client management (prospective tenants)
- Leasing
- Open for inspections
- Landlord and tenant liaison
- Application processing

**About You**
- Previous experience in leasing
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Current Driver's License with a well maintained vehicle
- Ability to multi task and manage your time
- Professional working manner and immaculate presentation
- Outstanding communication skills
