**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for the role, we are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic customer service specialist with:

- Previous experience working in a contact centre or phone-based customer service role
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Efficient computer skills and a good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
- Can do attitude and keen learner
- Excellent skills in data entry and being able to multi-task
- Ability to work flexibly on a rotating roster
