**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Results Management: Ensure accurate recording and mapping of all student unit results in the student management system.
- Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:Conduct regular checks on student data in PRISMS to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Team Management: Distribute workload among Enrolment Advisors, providing guidance and setting performance goals.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in student administration and understanding of enrolment processes and government funding schemes (e.g., FEE-HELP).
- Proficiency in using student management systems and databases.
- Strong knowledge of the Higher Education Standards Framework and National Code of Practice for Providers of Education and Training to Overseas Students.
