**Your new company**
Specialising in the Interior Design of Workspaces, this company is known for its relationship building with its clients and partners. They get to know each and every one of their clients and customers in order to get to work through all requirements. They are actively looking for a Junior PA to join the rapidly growing team.

**Your new role**
You will be supporting the Director in all day to day business.
Duties include:

- Diary Management
- Minutes of Meetings
- Organising staff meetings and other work events
- Managing and organising photographers and videographers for social media content
- Working with the Social Media team to distribute content
- Ordering stationary
- Keeping office stocked and tidy
- Boardroom Set up
- Running occasional personal errands for the Director

**What you'll need to succeed**
To succeed in this role you will need to have strong administration and customer service skills, have good written and verbal communication skills. You will need to be an organised individual that is able to prioritise tasks and have a high attention to detail.

PA experience is desirable however you will be trained up.
