An exciting opportunity exists to join a leading commercial law firm on a full time basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong administrator who is wanting to progress into a Personal Assistant role. 

This is a role within a dynamic team providing support to 3 Partners and the wider teams with duties including diary and calendar management, email management, expenses, billing, drafting and other support related activities.

The organisation offers agile working, a highly supportive team environment and a fast paced, high achieving positive culture.

You will be corporately minded, confident and personable. You will enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have a pitch in attitude in terms of "no job too big, no job too small". 

As a Legal Assistant you will be able to provide support across the following areas and more;

  • Email and diary management
  • Travel coordination
  • Document drafting
  • Coordinating various meetings and events
  • Monthly client reporting and billing

Who are you?

  • 2+ years experience ideally as a Legal Assistant or PA. Strong administrators (professional services background) are also encouraged to apply
  • Great attitude, happy to pitch in to get the work done whatever it takes
  • Able to build strong relationships quickly
  • This role is not suited to Students.
