We are seeking a **WHS Manager** to champion our safety culture and manage our WHS program. Based primarily in **Greenacre** with travel to other sites, this role is integral to ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement across our operations.

You will be joining a leading dairy processing and packaging facility in Sydney's South West.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement annual WHS improvement programs.
- Manage training, audits, risk assessments, and contractor protocols.
- Conduct safety incident investigations and ensure corrective actions.
- Organize emergency and evacuation training for all sites.
- Promote and communicate the company's WHS vision and standards.
- Liaise with executive management on safety strategies and resource allocation.
- Deliver WHS and compliance training to managers, employees, and contractors.
- Review safety performance against benchmarks and set targets.

**Skills**:

- Qualifications in occupational health and safety or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in senior health & safety roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to influence change and drive safety initiatives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Physically fit, with the ability to travel interstate and hold a current driver's license.

**Salary**: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
