We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Group WHS Manager** to join our client in Greenacre. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, & maintenance of the company's Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures across multiple sites.

With a key focus on Warehousing & Logistics, your duties will include;
- Create annual WHS site improvement programs
- Conduct investigations of safety incidents & work closely with relevant authorities to ensure corrective action is implemented
- Develop, maintain and implement an annual program of training, audits, risk assessments, tool box talks, contractor management protocols
- Manage the Emergency Management Program including organize annual emergency and evacuation training for all sites
- Liase with Senior management in the development & review of safety strategies
- Provide advice on appropriate resources to maintain WHS systems & programs
- Schedule & deliver WHS compliance training to managers, employees & contractors

About you;
- 4+ years experience in a similar role across multi faceted business
- Proven blue collar/FMCG industry experience _highly regarded_
- Proficient in MS office (excel)
- Hold Drivers License & Own Vehicle essential
- Experience in investigations & root cause analysis
- Excellent communication skills
- Physically fit due to travel requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $140,000.00 per year
