**About the Role**
As the Legal and Risk Administrator, you will be part of the Legal and Risk Administration support team, providing outstanding service and day-to-day general administration and operational support to the Directors of Specialist Services, HASS, Information and Governance Services, Continuous Improvement Lead and their teams. This will be achieved by managing the lifecycle of legal request and matters handled by the Legal Specialist Services, HASS and Information Governance Services portfolio teams. This includes the creation, management and retrieval of legal case files, document processing, updating relevant databases, managing the Legal Services inbox and phone line, responding to queries, the coordination and servicing of meetings, assisting with projects and general administration work.
Responsibilities include:
- Effectively manage and coordinate the Directors for Specialist Services, HASS and Information and Governance Services schedules and events
- Provide general administrative support to the Directors of Specialist Services, HASS and Information and Governance Services as well as other members of the Legal and Risk portfolio
- Assist the Administration Team Manager with staffing requirements for recruitment, onboarding and staff training
- Working under the direction of the Administration Team Manager, ensure that all procurement orders are quoted, approved and processed as required

You will also have:
- Relevant tertiary qualification and experience, or a combination of relevant experience and education/training
- Experience and knowledge of the tertiary education environment, and an understanding of administrative and decision-making structures within the University
