**About the Role**
As Research Governance Administration Officer, you will support a wide range of activities giving you exposure across interesting projects and stakeholders in the research governance space. Working closely with a collaborative team, you will assist with a range of data-based, administrative tasks, including monitoring enquiries and assisting in the management of information and advice, supporting outreach, inspection and audit activity, and working with data to generate, analyse and present clear reporting on trends, risks and opportunities, to support business recommendations.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop graphs, infographics and other visual presentations of data to succinctly depict trends, emerging risks and areas of improvement.
- Assist with drafting of reports, entering information into systems and maintaining records to a high standard.
- Assist with maintenance of websites and guidance, tools and resources.
**Who we are looking for**
You will have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational and prioritisation skills developed through experience in administrative and/or data-oriented roles. As an adept communicator, you understand how to capture, organise and prepare data in a digestible format and your high level of initiative allows you to operate effectively in a complex environment. You will further bring to this role your collaborative, can-do attitude, and eagerness to learn and develop.
You will also have:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and relevant experience in supporting research or other relevant activity involving the generation and presentation of data.
- Ability to accurately collect, record and engage with data, and present data visually in digested and meaningful ways to facilitate the identification of trends or progress;
- Track-record of providing outstanding service in analogous administrative roles;
- Commitment to furthering the University’s research activities and objectives, its programs of Gene Technology & Biorisk, Clinical Trials and Export Controls & Sanctions governance functions.
- A working knowledge of PowerBI, Infonetica, Enterprise Risk Management System (ERMS) and/or ServiceNow would be highly desirable.
