**About Us**

We are leaders in manufacturing and modifications of specialised vehicles and are currently seeking a confident, highly organised, and motivated Accounts Payable/Receivable member to join our team.

**Key responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Record financial transactions in bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Responsible for paying and keeping track of vendors and service providers invoices.
- Reconcile statements and payment records.
- Ensure payment credits are applied correctly.
- Prepare, send, and receipt invoices to debtors.
- Manage all payroll related tasks ensuring Payroll obligations are paid in a timely manner including superannuation and Payroll Tax.
- Assisting in submissions of BAS/PAYG, Workcover and Payroll Tax.
- Manage petty cash.
- Assist with Audits.

**Skills/attributes required**:

- Must have previous Accounts payable/receivable and Payroll experience.
- Previous experience with accounting software Xero is preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Skills including Excel.
- Have excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask while having a strong team focus who’s flexible and adaptable.
- Confidentiality and strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Accounts receivable: 1 year (required)
- Accounts payable: 1 year (required)
