About the Role
The purpose of this position is to demonstrate improved outcomes for patients and staff through agreed strategic allied health initiatives. To plan, implement and evaluate sustainable allied health initiatives relating to workforce development and training, inpatient and outpatient service delivery and patient flow at the direction of the Director of Allied Health, Bayside Health Service.
This position is responsible for service level co-ordination, implementation, and evaluation of person-centred care initiatives across Bayside Health Service. To establish and maintain effective partnerships between stakeholders across the hospital, community, and the primary health care sector, so that initiatives are effectively enabled.
