Sydney-based hospitality group, Liquid & Larder, are searching for an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager to lead the team at Lottie

About the Role:

To thrive in this role you will need an exceptional attention to detail, as Restaurant Manager you will ensure impeccable standards in both the quality of food served and the service provided. Your ultimate goal is to go above and beyond, exceeding guest expectations and leaving them thoroughly satisfied.

As a Restaurant Manager you are driven by a relentless pursuit for excellence, aiming to set the benchmark for being best in class within the industry. While mentoring your team to be the next leaders of the industry.

Your Day to Day:

  • Full management of venue when MOD
  • Cash up reconciliation
  • Implements and drives culture and values of the company
  • Provides direction and leadership to the restaurant team
  • Ensures efficient, professional and personal guest experience
  • Ensures staff adherence to policy
  • Communicates efficiently between all members of the venue.
  • Handles all on shift customer complaints with empathy, in a professional & helpful manner
  • Rostering completed and published on time and inline with Labour costs
  • Carries out additional duties required to fulfil the position as requested

About You:

  • Proven experience in a within a premium or hatted venue
  • Your people drive you
  • A confident and calm demeanour, allowing you to pivot between roles with ease
  • High attention to detail and a genuine passion for guest interaction
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible roster, including weekends and evenings
