We’re on the hunt for a gun Account Manager to join our team. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone looking for the next step up from an Account Executive. At Chello, an Account Manager is a bridge between the client and the agency, acting as both a client contact and as the client’s representative within the agency.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that Chello is meeting the client’s needs, looking for opportunities and working with the key people delivering the agency’s creative output. You love solving problems and driving projects to completion, working with a variety of people and the fast pace of a growing agency.

You’ll report into a Senior Account Manager, primarily working with clients across branding and digital projects (and sometimes across other creative functions). You’ll be keen to get stuck in, make a plan and find a way. Our clients range from funded start ups to Government, large corporates to fast cars and gin (not consumed together).

You’ll be required to deliver: scoping, quoting, proposal, briefing internally, kick off meetings and delivery. There’s a bunch of admin involved too, organising people and things to be where they need to be at the right time. You will ensure ideas remain faithful to the brief and are kept within the timeframe and budget. You’re the left brain to a bunch of creative righties.

To be successful, it’s important for you to be savvy as you communicate Chello’s advantages. After all, you are the touchstone for your client for everything regarding their marketing and communication efforts and money. And given how important this is to a business, they’ll need to be reassured that their money is in good hands, and that you’re on top of their projects.
