**Join our family in this role**:
Baby Bunting is seeking a passionate Injury Management & Wellbeing Advisor to support our injured and ill team members with their recovery and return to work.
Reporting to the Safety, Health and Wellbeing Manager, the successful applicant will be an advocate for promoting team member wellbeing and will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of injury management and wellbeing programs across Australia and New Zealand.
Key responsibilities:
- Key player in facilitating return to work strategies and supporting internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and the Baby Bunting injury management framework.
- Responsible for reviewing incident/injury reports and initiating early intervention injury management.
- Liaise with external stakeholders such as treating practitioners, rehabilitation providers, and state regulators.
- Develop, implement, and monitor injury management strategies to facilitate a meaningful return to work, for team members with a non-work-related injury or medical condition.
**What you'll bring to the role**:
- At least 5-years’ experience in a similar role
- The ability to work in a first paced environment, working with stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven stakeholder engagement
