Leading University is looking for several Facilities Coordinators with Fire / Electrical / Mechanical experience to join their team in Camperdown.

**About the role**:

- Monitor the Archibus scheduling system, reviewing the status of Preventative and Reactive work orders
- Assist in the delegation of and review of planned and reactive work orders to ensure contract requirements and KPI's are achieved;
- Assist with the management of Maintenance Contractors such as the timely provision of quotations and maintenance documentation
- Interface with internal and external customers relating to the contract;
- Full compliance and consistency with the contract and business systems;

**Essentials**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications or experience deemed equivalent
- Proven experience in either fire / electrical / mechanical (desirable)
- Experience within FM
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
