**_ So, what does the role look like?_**

Our Security Team is seeking people with exceptional personal presentation and a high level of integrity to join their professional and high performing team. Our Customer Service Officers are a vital part of our team not only providing front-line Security services to protect the safety and security of our customers, staff and property but to be the outstanding customer service facing professionals representing SkyCity. They're a dedicated and hardworking team who are often the first point of call for any issues that arise. Your duties will include compliance and regulatory enforcement, incident management and emergency response. You will need to have availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts over a 24/7 roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

**_ What you will look like?_**

You will be passionate, approachable, respectful and have a personality that people are drawn to. Previous security experience is _desired _and demonstrated customer service experience is a must. In addition to the above you will also have;
- A current First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one prior to offer)
- A nationally accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (or be willing to obtain one prior to offer)
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Well-developed negotiation skills
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- The ability to remain calm, keeping a level head under pressure
- The ability to work both in a team environment and autonomously
- Availability and flexibility to work different shifts across a 24/7 roster
