PMO Analyst/master Scheduler

Purpose

To assist and co-ordinate PMO function required to implement and deliver the highly complexity role out of a new HCM platform and Payroll integration across the companies locations and businesses. The role will also be responsible for documenting and managing the program critical path and working closely with the Program streams and PMO to understand and mange delivery schedule of deliverables, milestones and dependencies.

Key Accountabilities
- Create a project, program schedule and maintain it to ensure it is accurate and complete
- Ensure each project stream has an integrated schedule which is maintained and integrated with the Program schedule.
- Document and manage the project critical path and work closely with project managers and PMO to understand and manage delivery schedule risks, issues and dependencies
- Understand Scaled Agile (SAFe) deliverables practices and has experience in the management of an agile delivery model within an overall master schedule
- Championing and implementing Scaled Agile (SAFE) practices and methods to improve delivery outcomes

Experience
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a PMO environment.
- Create and develop the Project and Program schedules
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and MS Project
