We are currently seeking a
**PMO Scheduler** who will work with project teams to help define, develop, and update detailed schedules and cost information across a portfolio or program of projects. This includes the identification of variances from original plan and the management of dependencies.
In this role, you will:
- Support and assist Project and Program managers in the development of schedules, identifying inter-dependencies, and managing schedule related risks and issues
- Evaluate project and program schedule, progress, and performance and identifies developing problem areas
- Gather deliverable information and updates from project resources for schedule updates, reports and meetings
- Update integrated portfolio schedule
- Work with the PMO Lead and team to establish and embed best practices and standards to provide consistent approach to scheduling and increase schedule management maturity across the portfolio
**DESIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Project Scheduling, information gathering and reporting in a complex Program and Project Management Office environment
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Experience working with both internal and external stakeholders
- Project or Program Management and Schedule Management certification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, PMI-SP), will be an advantage
