**About the role**:
As Agile Coach you will be responsible for coaching and enabling the delivery of strategic and operational Agile projects in an environment with rapidly evolving technologies that help support solutions and platforms that improve efficiency and effectiveness and meet organisational objectives.

Ideally, you’ll have demonstrated experience in agile transformation and maturation within large corporate or government organisations and proven experience leading the implementation and delivery of Agile practices and operating frameworks that deliver organisation wide capability uplift and support the delivery of products and processes.

**What you’ll do**:

- Ultimately, you’ll manage the engagement of Agile practices across the organisation, working with varying levels of Agile and support the leaders and teams to embrace Agile practices
- Provide coaching to develop skills, knowledge and understanding of Agile methodologies and lead teams through training and enablement sessions
- Assess and identify gaps in knowledge and implement process improvements, helping teams to improve both immediate and long-term productivity using Agile practices and tools
- Lead teams through training and enablement sessions to assess and identify gaps in knowledge and understanding of how Agile works
- Guide and assist with strategies for improvement across all aspects of Agile project implementation, such as financial analysis, risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures to achieve the project success
- Manage and develop stakeholder relationships and help alignment of collaboration across teams and divisions as well as vendors to optimise program delivery through effective communication

**Skills you’ll bring**:

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging, influencing, collaborating, and negotiating with senior stakeholders and senior-level customers within highly critical and complex delivery environments to achieve optimal business outcomes
- Agile implementation experience and delivery of Agile principals, methodology and operating frameworks to unlock value and deliver organisation wide capability uplift
- Proven experience in coaching and educating Agile practices at team, portfolio and executive levels, and at differing levels of organisational maturity
- Advanced knowledge across a broad range of modern ways of working, including various Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices. Prince 2 also highly regarded
- Strong experience delivering workshops, information sharing forums, brown-bags and presentations to various teams and stakeholders and act as the evangelist for Agile best practices
