**A bit about the role**

The Agile Coach drives the adaptation of Agile way of working in the Tribe and Squads. You will coach and motivate Squads in their transformation to become successful, autonomous teams. The Agile Coach supports Tribe Leadership in creating a context so that the Squads can be successful, triggering the teams and leadership to continuously improve and learn. The Agile Coach observes, provides feedback and guidance, using knowledge and experience to mentor and coach on practical matters around the Agile way of working, team dynamics and Agile mindset.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
COACHING AND CULTURE
- Responsible for coaching all members of the Tribe and leading the new culture by example
- Coaching on Agile craftsmanship, way of working, culture and delivering value
- Coaching the Tribe Leadership in mindset and behavior
- Show exemplary behavior of the new culture, organise supportive events, etc.

TRIBE AGILE RITUALS
- Responsible for the Agile rhythm of the tribe
- Facilitate learning and development through individual and team coaching, deliver training, facilitate workshops and off-sites
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies on Tribe level (e.g. QBR)
- Support Tribe Leadership in tribe backlog management

ALIGNMENT
- Responsible for continuous alignment on the Rabobank Agile way of working and coach approach with other Coaches in and outside the Tribe
- Ensure share & learn by connecting Coaches or stakeholders with each other
- Transferring skills to Scrum Master role where possible

Qualifications:
Essential
- Professional Scrum master (or equivalent)
- Professional Product Owner (or equivalent)
- Professional Agile Coach (or equivalent)
- Tertiary qualification in an engineering, finance, business, IT, agribusiness, marketing or related discipline

Desirable
- Lean SixSigma Green/Black Belt
- DevOps Foundations
- Design Thinking

**Experience**:

- Experience in Agile and High Performing Team coaching
- Experienced in facilitating Agile ceremonies, training and workshops
- Experience in Agile and Scaled Agile Transformations

Knowledge:

- Agile and scaled Agile frameworks
- Change management practices
- Lean, LeanSixSigma
- Design Thinking
- Finance Industry

**Skills**:Expertise
- Keep track of the latest internal and external developments in the field of Agile, DevOps, Coaching and Scaled Agile
- Strong in creating an environment of trust, sharing and experimenting
