You will be an experienced and passionate Agile Coach that enjoys playing a key role in driving cultural transformation and supporting customer centricity and speed of delivery within our team.

**The Role**

To lead and manage project activities that deliver business, customer, digital and/or transformational solutions, enabling Westpac to achieve its strategic goals, business benefits and outcomes. This role is specifically to work across agile teams and provide setup for success and ongoing coaching - including hands on assistance as needed.

**What you will do?**
- Play a key role to drive transformation for the Origination Transformation project, within Consumer Finance Line of Business which oversees Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Payments.
- Create a highly-disciplined delivery culture (on outcomes and customers) and help ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of their role in delivery and that the required decision making, and escalation processes are in place to help achieve the required outcome.
- Assist service owners, squad facilitators and village leads in setting up scope and requirements planning as per agile best practice.
- Initiate and drive best practice in agile ceremonies and assist squad facilitators and village leads in prep and running ceremonies. Assist village leads and delivery/ project managers with best practice templates and standards for comms to key stakeholders
- Best practice and compliance; Agile setup and execution, Planning and Ceremonies, QBR methodologies
- Actively support, coach and mentor the team where required
- Develop an inhouse training for all team members
- Assist in removing blockers and rolling out proof point
- Co-ordinate activities of guilds removing blockers and escalating to management as required
- Increase the agile adoption and maturity
- Develop playbook for ways of working
