**Styling Coordinator - Trenery**: **Job No.**: 997194 **Location**: Melbourne - CBD & Inner **Job type**: Full-Time **Purpose** The Styling Coordinator manages monthly styling kits, ensures sample readiness, and maintains accurate records. They support e-Commerce hanger photography, assist with lookbook and shoot preparation, and provide administrative and workflow support to the Styling team, ensuring all styling aligns with brand standards. **Key Accountabilities** - Pull, reconcile, and manage monthly styling kits in line with production and company timelines, ensuring readiness for approval by the Styling Manager. - Set up and maintain clear "Missing Sample" boards each month, clearly identifying missing samples across all divisions. - Manage the e-Commerce shooting schedule, including booking shoot days with the brand’s photography studio partner. - Support the stylist by developing and shooting e-Commerce hangers and assisting with coding all shots. - Maintain the gallery tool for lookbook documentation and content preparation each month. - Manage the gallery tool for adhoc shoots and assist the team with in-house shoot preparation. - Assist the Styling Manager and stylist with all workflow-related projects. - Make selects and mark up all re-touching notes for e-Commerce imagery. - Process model fitting invoices and bookings when required. **K**ey** Capabilities** - Previous experience in a similar role, within a fast-paced brand environment - Proven impeccable styling sense is required - Retail experience an advantage - Have a thorough understanding and interest in fashion, such as designer trends, blog research, overseas and local street fashion trends - Possess a high attention to detail, have the ability to work collaboratively with others and possess excellent communication skills. - Highly organised with the ability to multi task, be proactive and able to show initiative and ideas. - Demonstrate experience in team working environment with the ability to work on own initiative.**Why work for CRG?** The Country Road Group is one of Australasia’s largest Lifestyle Brand Houses comprising of iconic brands such as Country Road, POLITIX, Trenery, Witchery and MIMCO.
