**What you’ll do
**The Supply Planning Specialist - Indent is responsible for managing supplier performance and developing supplier capabilities; through formulating supplier improvement plans, proactively communicating with suppliers to articulate Woolworth's expectations/ requirements and providing business feedback to realign suppliers to Woolworths standards and needs.
- Organising and developing supplier development plans and replenishment plans
- Optimising orders through consolidating order deliveries, manipulating orders, adjusting system parameters
- Monitoring and communicating supplier breaches to performance and developing improvement plans to prevent reoccurrenceEvent planning with stakeholders to ensure replenishment plans are in place to cover event demand

**What You’ll Bring
- Experience, knowledge, and understanding of supply chain planning
- Ability to present clearly and succinctly across a variety of communication settings by translating and articulating technical concepts to non-technical groups
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, including being able to build rapport with stakeholders from all levels
- Ability to manage, organise and prioritise multiple work assignments within a fast-paced environment to achieve business timelinesDemonstrated experience in complex problem-solving and ability to develop solutions to meet business outcomes
