**The Opportunity
**This role plays a critical part in assisting the Primary Connect Inbound Team in achieving greater efficiency and reducing costs by identifying and implementing network optimisation opportunities and acting as the Data Insights Business Partner to enable better decision making.

**A typical day would involve
- Facilitate and own the delivery of cost-saving and optimisation initiatives
- Consult with both Operations and Business Development teams to identify business requirements for financial and service reporting and dashboards
- Act as a conduit between Operations, Business Development, Finance and other teams within the Woolworths Group to bring new innovations and technologies to the Primary Connect business
- Influence relevant internal stakeholders to set up and review order and delivery profiles to ensure the best possible cost, service and days of supply KPIs are achieved for our business partners
- Influence relevant internal stakeholders to review and agree appropriate capacity plans for our business partners
- Accountable for tracking benefits of network optimisation initiatives
- Manage projects as required
- Mentor and manage a team to support the sustainable growth of the Primary Connect Business

**Who we’re looking for
- Solid experience as a Business/Supply Chain Analyst with strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid project management and change management experience
- Data Mining, interpreting and ability to publish & present data to a broad audience
- Demonstrated change delivery experience
- Experience in Operations / Logistics/ Supply Chain / 3PL
- Transport network or systems knowledge advantageous
- Advanced skills in Excel, Tableau and SQL capabilities desirable
- Systems proficiency - Google, Microsoft Suites, JDA TMS
