**Transport Administration Specialist

**The Opportunity
**As the Transport Administration Specialist you will ensure that transport carrier and network data and records are accurate and updated regularly as well as providing analytical support as required across carrier master data and trends as well as supporting activity for the Network Development team.
You will take the lead for the Network Development team with the use of systems (including Salesforce) and data management for adoption and compliance. Responsible for delivering enhanced data integrity for the Network Development team.
**A typical day would involve
- Document and correlate transport carrier rates for entry into the master data records
- Administration of the solutions elements that reside in SalesForce
- Notification and rate alignment for network carriers of incremental work
- Coordination of site inspections for new customers including maintenance of site inspection documentation
- Incorporation of any general changes and trends into rates and data such as fuel or regulatory changes
- Analysis to support the overall data integrity for the team and data sources
- Ad hoc support for the development team
- Maintenance of the Network rates tool. Scheduled updates of the rates
- Base level analytics support as required
**Who we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills in a data heavy administration role
- Data entry and management capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Microsoft Suite experience (Word, Excel and PPT)
- Ability to work independently and remotely as required by the business
