We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Compliance administrator to oversee our adherence to the National Heavy Vehicle Accreditation Scheme (NHVAS) rules and standards, on a full or part-time basis. (Minimum 3 days a week)

**Role Overview**:
As our Compliance administrator, you will be responsible in ensuring our fleet and operations not only meet but exceed NHVAS regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be key in maintaining our accreditation status and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities are but not limited to the following**:

- Ensure all practices are in line with NHVAS requirements, including mass management, maintenance management, fatigue management, and COR management.
- Regularly overseeing records such as driver inductions, driver workdirary pages, and other data, making sure they meet compliance standards.
- Perform regular internal audits to ensure ongoing adherence to NHVAS standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage compliance incidents, from investigation to reporting, ensuring all actions are thoroughly documented.

**About you**:

- At least one year of experience in an administrative role
- A Background in compliance, preferably within the freight sector.
- Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
- A positve and can-do attitude

**Compensation**:
