About the Role

DTech Engineering is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Engineering Team Support Officer to join our team full-time.

This role is key to supporting our Engineering Team with subcontractor coordination, scheduling, reporting, and general project administration.

You don't need years of experience; we'll provide full training on our systems and processes. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn. If you're organised, proactive, and enjoy problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll report directly to the Office Administrator and play a vital role in ensuring our projects run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

This role will primarily focus on supporting the Engineering Team with subcontractor coordination, including sourcing and liaising with subcontractors, collecting compliance documentation, issuing purchase orders, scheduling jobs, reporting and invoicing.

In addition, you'll be responsible for creating and updating quotes in Salesforce and providing flexible support across a range of administrative and project-related tasks as needed.

While subcontractor management is a key part of the role, there will be opportunities to get involved in other areas and contribute more broadly to the success of the team.

About You

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a genuine willingness to learn. You're organised, reliable, and confident communicating in English, both written and verbal. You're comfortable using Microsoft Office, and while experience with platforms like Uptick or Salesforce is an advantage, it's not essential.
