**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
The responsibilities are, but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients;
- Coordinating daily operational functions;
- Working on projects alongside the management team;
- General administration duties.
- Provide administrative support to management and workforce across the QLD region
- Use the Client Information System (CIS) to input and update client details, and information relating to industry awards, and legislation.
- Analysing reports and processing manual invoices.

**REQUIRED CERTIFICATION, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES**:
To be successful, the following skills, qualities and experiences are required:
- Proven experience in an administration capacity;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise;
- Accurate data entry skills;
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Managing and collating invoices with clients to ensure they are reconciled and actioned;
- Managing and maintaining equipment and, records, compliance and reports;
- Proficient in Intermediate levels of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite);
- Excellent and Strong written and verbal communication skills along with strong attention to detail;
