About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? Our Medical Reception team in Bowral support a wide variety of patients, speak with our doctors and referrers over the phone, as well as manage phone and computer bookings. 

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our clinic on a Permanent Full-Time basis, working between the hours of 7:00am and 8:00pm.

Working hours are between 7:00am and 8:00pm.Additional weekday hours or weekend overtime may also be available once trained.

There is a requirement to work across both Bowral clinics, as well as Tahmoor.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
  • Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
  • Operate our booking system efficiently.
  • Assist with back-office activities, including outbound calls, data entry, and reporting as directed by your manager.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting.
