**Description**:
**The Role**:
Based in Mascot, the Warehouse Maintenance Officer provides effective management of the Warehouse and Inventory. This includes, but is not limited to, goods receipting, dispatch duties, facilitating goods movements, inventory control and organisation, stocktake and internal auditing.

The role will report to the Factory and Workshop Manager as well as other internal stakeholders as required and will be reensure inventory records are maintained, appropriate storage is maintained and the warehouse is compliant and safe at all times.

**Core Accountabilities**:
Ensure all goods are correctly received, recorded, and stored in a timely manner.
Ensure In/Out movements are captured in Odoo (Or a similar system)
Ensure the dispatching of goods and equipment to sites, suppliers and assembly partners in accordance with schedules
Coordinate Inventory counts and stock takes as required.
Manage warehouse and inventory space to ensure it is efficient and effective
Ensure the warehouse complies with WHS procedures and standards by keeping the area safe, secure, clean and tidy.
Working with Factory and Workshop Manager and key stakeholders, contribute to the development and implementation of warehouse safety procedures and continuous improvement of processes.
Assist with writing and implementation of safety documentation
Contribute to the development and implementation of storage procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of Processes for inventory management.
Coordinate the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary.
Ensure racking is re-certified regularly and is for purpose.
Take an active part in toolbox talks with emphasis on safety and reducing injuries
Ensure safety registers are maintained and kept current
