Job Title: CRM Practice Lead
Payrate: $950-$1050/day+Super
Location: Sydney
Duration: 6 Months

**About the Role**:
The CRM Practice Lead will work closely with the Practice Managers to build, lead, and motivate a team of enterprise solutions specialists. Responsible for the quality of the CRM (Salesforce) solution delivered through the Practice; ensuring that the team have the right skills, capabilities, and tools to deliver strategic initiatives, driving delivery excellence and productivity gains.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Salesforce solution and delivery within Enterprise level as a SME
- Maintain standards, including the enforcement of technology related policies, procedures and processes to ensure appropriate use of information technology in a secure computing environment.
- Support the planning, design, creation and delivery of quality products.
- Ensure optimal organisational structures are in place and the teams/staff have the requisite skills to deliver against expectations; i.e.ensuring the efficient use of resources and appropriate alignment of skills to projects.
- Ensure frameworks that facilitate the delivery of end-to-end projects are always used, and make sure all Practice consultants establish and maintain the correct structures to control and monitor the deliverables aligned to Delivery Manager and Scrum team expectations.

**Key Skills**:

- 5+ years experience leading enterprise-level IT programs, designing standards and specifications using Salesforce products.
- Proven Agile delivery experience in a large enterprise organisation working with a Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery Lead.
- Experience leveraging formal program management methodologies on enterprise level engagements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise IT Trends, procurement process and decision making.
- In-depth understanding of project management principles (traditional and agile).
